Returning a purchase at Nika Store
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of delivery. This right applies only to consumers making a purchase for purposes not related to professional or business activity.
If you wish to return a purchased product:
- Send us a statement of withdrawal – you may use the template provided for download below. The statement can be sent in paper form to: Fundacja Dobra Fabryka, ul. Klarysewska 52C, 02-936 Warsaw, or by email to: [email protected]. Please make sure to include the original or a photo of the purchase receipt.
- No later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal, please return the purchased product to the address above, together with your contact details and order number. Please note that the product must show no signs of use and must not be damaged or destroyed.
- Within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, we will refund your payment using the same method you used for the original transaction, or another method agreed with you.
- We reserve the right to refuse a return after the 14-day period, as well as if the product is not in the same condition as when it was shipped. The refund may be withheld until we have received the product or you have provided proof of its return shipment.
